Jason Lammers Managing Partner
Jason Lammers is the Managing Partner and overseas the daily operations of the consulting and permanent placement practice. Jason has almost twenty years of hands on technology recruiting experience specializing in software development, infrastructure support, cloud, security and big data. Jason established ATR in 2011 to create a firm that delivered top talent quickly to clients nationwide. ATR created a unique data driven approach to recruiting that helps our clients win the war on talent. Prior to Align, Jason had a very successful 12.5 year career with a S&P 500 staffing firm. Jason understands the business and technical requirements of our clients and aligns them with the needs of our candidates. This is the ideal formula for successful placements. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married for over 15 years and has two boys that are actively involved in competitive soccer, baseball and basketball. He is born and raised in San Jose and resides in Campbell.
Mitchell Corsini Head of Recruiting
Mitchell started off his career in the educational field passionate about passing on knowledge to future generations. From there he took his keen ability to communicate and broke into the recruiting industry. It was at both Robert Half Technology and Allegis Global Solutions where he began to master the art of recruiting. He enjoys evangelizing companies and their products to candidates that have may have not otherwise heard of them.
He now heads up recruiting for Align Technical Resources placing talent Engineers at some of the Bay Area’s finest startups and small to medium size businesses. In his down time he enjoys exploring the outdoors and staying up to date with world events.
Brian Gabrielson Executive Director
For the last 20 years, Brian has spent his career helping talented technology professionals find a better job, enjoy a shorter commute, make a difference with their work, and take their career in new directions. He’s helped clients launch new products, scale their businesses to new heights, and tackle complex IT issues.
Brian spent the first 15 years of his career in progressively challenging senior leadership roles for a Fortune 500 Staffing Firm. He ran branches, regions, and nation-wide business units and launched new service lines and product offerings. Brian has a strong track record of building high performing teams and growing revenue in a variety of economic climates. He truly enjoys the art and science of recruiting for a living. He is thrilled to re-ignite the entrepreneurial spirit he’s always had with Align Technical Resources.
Ayushi Thinda Operations Manager
Operations Manager for Align Technical Resources. Born and raised in the Bay Area I am super big on family time, cooking new recipes, scrapbooking, creating hand crafted décor, partaking in adventurous activities like bungee jumping, skydiving, snorkeling, etc. I am also fortunate enough to be a part of the ATR team. I work on all backend aspects from reviewing client contracts before they are finalized, prepping certificates of insurance, on-boarding new candidates, invoicing, bookkeeping, making payments, managing our internal CRM, engaging in human resource tasks, to overseeing all candidate assignments and planning staff development. I am thankful to be part of this amazing team that efficiently engages all new prospects from both the client end to recruiting while managing all backend operations.
